Dynacraft has received 19 reports involving malfunctioning or sticking pedals on these toys. They have also received 7 more relating to bruising, cuts, abrasions, and other minor injuries. Allowing your child to continue driving or riding in this toy could lead to them suffering from these types of injuries. The Surge 12V XL Quad was sold at Academy Sports and Outdoors stores nationwide for approximately 150 to 200 dollars.
